大倾角综采工作面过背斜方法的研究

摘要: 为了解决川煤广旺集团唐家河煤矿1813综采工作面在过背斜时出现的大量冒顶与片帮,采用FLAC3D软件对1813工作面的过背斜方法进行了模拟,分析了在不同开采方法下的塑性区的变化,工作面支架的受力范围以及顶底板的相对移近量,比较两种过背斜开采方法的优劣。结果表明,对于倾斜煤层综采过背斜来说,在条件允许的情况下,应该更多地采用控底留顶直线的开采方法或缓曲线开采方法,能较好地控制煤壁及顶底板矿压显现,保证生产的安全。此外,给出了工作面不同部位治理冒顶与片帮的对应方法:上部应采用化学剂加固煤壁,中部宜采用控底留顶,下部应采区二次支护,假顶过渡方法。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of roof falling and rib spalling when Tang Jiahe 1813 mechanized mining face cross over anticlines. Use FLAC3D software to simulate the method 1813 Face crossing over anticline. Analyze the change of plastic zone, the stress range of workface supporting, the relative displacement of roof and floor under different mining method. Compare the advantages and disadvantages between two methods. The result shows, for crossing over anticlines of inclined coal seam, floor-excavating and roof-keeping straight mining method or relaxed curve mining method should be more used to control the stress of coal wall, floor and roof to ensure producing safety. Propose the corresponding control method of roof falling and rib spalling in different parts of workface: the upper face should use chemical agent to strengthen the coal wall; the middle face should excavate floor and keep roof; the lower face should use secondary support and man-made roof to cross over anticlines.
